Ingredients
  

Cake Batter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
Cinnamon Swirl
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-cup bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients with sour cream and milk.
  5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for the swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into pan, add swirl, then top with remaining batter and swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool 10 minutes, invert onto rack, and cool completely before glazing.
  9. Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled cake.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the glaze before it sets.
