- Wash and dry salad greens and spread them on a serving platter.
- Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese in neat rows over greens.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use grilled shrimp or turkey bacon. You can also swap blue cheese for feta or goat cheese.
