Method
- Prepare the martini glass: Dip the rim into caramel sauce, then into coarse sea salt. Chill.
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add vodka, cooled espresso, coffee liqueur, butterscotch syrup, and heavy cream.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and foamy.
- Double strain into prepared martini glass.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Garnish with three coffee beans; optionally top with whipped cream and pinch of sea salt.
- Serve immediately while chilled and foamy.
Notes
Use freshly brewed espresso and shake vigorously to achieve the iconic martini foam. Adjust sweetness with more or less butterscotch syrup.
