Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
Topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
  6. Spread filling evenly over crust.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
