- Combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place ground beef in a bowl, add Worcestershire sauce and seasoning, and gently mix.
- Divide into 4 patties and create a thumb indentation in the center.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Add cheese during the final minute if desired.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with toppings and serve.
Notes
Use 80/20 beef for best juiciness and avoid pressing patties during cooking.
