- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and brewed coffee. Mix until combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gently fold until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce, and swirl lightly with a knife.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and caramel, creating ribbons.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
