Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a roasting pan with foil and place a rack inside.
- In a saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and cloves. Heat until sugar dissolves and glaze thickens slightly.
- Place ham cut-side down on the roasting rack.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, baste with remaining glaze, and bake an additional 30–45 minutes, brushing every 15 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and orange slices, then serve.
Notes
Use a fully cooked spiral ham for quick prep. Adjust cloves to taste.
