Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp blue gel food coloring or as needed
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.75 cup mini chocolate candies

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and blue food coloring.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed sandwich cookies, and mini chocolate candies.
  7. Scoop large dough portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra thick bakery-style cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Add extra cookie pieces on top before baking for a dramatic presentation.
