- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and blue food coloring.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed sandwich cookies, and mini chocolate candies.
- Scoop large dough portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra thick bakery-style cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Add extra cookie pieces on top before baking for a dramatic presentation.
