Ingredients
  

Shake Base
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream slightly softened
  • 1 cup whole milk adjust for thickness
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 6-8 drops green food coloring adjust to desired hue
Topping
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • chocolate shavings optional

Method
 

  1. Scoop out ice cream and measure milk. Ensure ice cream is slightly softened.
  2. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust peppermint extract if needed. Adjust thickness with milk or ice cream.
  4. Pour shake into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  5. Optional: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside glasses before pouring shake for extra indulgence.
