Base
  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 0.5 cup mixed vegetables chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese with seasonings.
  3. Spread cottage cheese into baking dish.
  4. Add marinara sauce layer.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Add toppings evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.
