- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Beat blended cottage cheese with mascarpone, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
- Combine espresso and coffee liqueur in a shallow bowl.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in dish and spread half the cream mixture on top.
- Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and cream.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with grated chocolate before serving.
