Ingredients
  

Cowboy Butter Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp chives chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Melt butter gently in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir to release aroma.
  3. Whisk in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Add spices, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Finish with parsley and chives, then serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm; can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
