Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese quartered
  • 0.25 cup jalapeños sliced
  • 0.5 cup crispy fried onions
  • 0.75 cup barbecue sauce

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form into 12 small slider patties.
  3. Cook patties in skillet for 2–3 minutes per side. Top with cheese to melt.
  4. Toast slider buns lightly.
  5. Assemble sliders with patties, bacon, jalapeños, crispy onions, and barbecue sauce.
  6. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
