Ingredients
  

Biscuits
  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 0.75 cup milk cold
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
Crab Filling
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Lemon Butter Sauce
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Mix crab filling ingredients until creamy. Chill while making biscuits.
  3. Combine biscuit mix, milk, butter, garlic powder, and parsley until dough forms.
  4. Flatten dough portions, fill with crab mixture, seal, and form into balls.
  5. Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter, add garlic, lemon juice, and zest for sauce. Simmer briefly and stir in parsley.
  7. Brush biscuits with lemon butter and serve warm.

Notes

These biscuits are best served warm with extra lemon butter sauce on the side.
