Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop stems.
- Sauté mushroom stems and garlic in butter until soft, then cool.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, Old Bay, parsley, and cooled mushroom mix.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the mixture.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over tops.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Can be prepped ahead and baked before serving.
