  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 oz
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped, divided
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped, divided
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, half of the cheddar, mozzarella, and half the bacon.
  4. Spread mixture into the dish and top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.

Notes

For a keto version, skip pasta and add steamed broccoli or cauliflower rice before baking.
