Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning or 3 tbsp homemade
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice optional

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, half the cheddar, mozzarella, and half the bacon.
  4. If using pasta or rice, fold it in now.
  5. Spread mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar and bacon. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For a low-carb/keto version, omit the pasta or rice and serve with a fresh salad or roasted veggies.
