Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, half the cheddar, mozzarella, and half the bacon.
- If using pasta or rice, fold it in now.
- Spread mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and bacon. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For a low-carb/keto version, omit the pasta or rice and serve with a fresh salad or roasted veggies.
