  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

  4. Heat skillet and grease lightly.
  5. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes
