- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, feta, cranberries, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Top with spinach leaves, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Garnish with extra herbs or cranberries and serve.
