Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, honey, soy sauce, and rosemary. Simmer until cranberries burst.
- Return chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
- Serve hot with sauce spooned over the chicken.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
