Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl mix sugar and melted butter until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix well.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until batter is combined.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over the cooled loaf.
Notes
Use frozen cranberries directly without thawing for best texture.
