Ingredients
  

Stuffing Balls
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing mix prepared
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp sage dried
  • 0.5 tsp thyme dried
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth as needed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Cranberry Glaze
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to package instructions if needed and allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture holds together when shaped.
  5. Form mixture into 1½-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush or drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Heat cranberry sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard in a small saucepan until smooth.
  8. Serve stuffing balls warm with glaze drizzled or on the side.

Notes

Can be made ahead and frozen before baking for convenience.
