- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Take two Doritos chips and sandwich a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture between them. Press gently to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully fry the stuffed Doritos for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
Notes
Try different Doritos flavors like Cool Ranch or Spicy Nacho for variety. For a lighter option, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–5 minutes.
