- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread half into the baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over cinnamon roll pieces.
- Top with remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
- Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter together.
- Pour mixture evenly over casserole.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
- Drizzle warmed icing over casserole before serving.
Notes
