Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing included
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread half into the baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spoon cream cheese mixture over cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Top with remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
  6. Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter together.
  7. Pour mixture evenly over casserole.
  8. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Drizzle warmed icing over casserole before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped pecans, berries, or caramel drizzle. Assemble ahead for easy morning baking.
