Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.75 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.33 cup red onion diced
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry broccoli, then cut into bite-sized florets.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, cool, and crumble.
  3. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, onion, and seeds in a large bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss until coated.
  6. Chill 30–60 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Add dried cranberries for sweetness if desired.
