- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and peppers in butter until softened.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add pasta and chicken back to skillet. Toss to coat and heat through.
