Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until done. Remove and slice.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- Add cream, milk, paprika, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Simmer gently.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level. Add pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
