- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Season and sear shrimp until pink, then set aside.
- Cook sausage slices until lightly browned and set aside.
- Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in butter, adding Cajun spices.
- Add cream and chicken broth, simmer and stir in Parmesan.
- Return shrimp and sausage to sauce, toss with pasta, adjust consistency with pasta water.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley, serve immediately.
