- Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add bell peppers to skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and seasonings. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Return sausage to skillet and stir in ravioli. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add Parmesan and stir until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Perfect served with garlic bread or salad. Adjust Cajun spice level to your preference.
