- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic until softened (optional but recommended).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Fold in cooked chicken, sautéed aromatics, and chopped spinach.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for best texture. Add bacon, mushrooms, or broccoli for variations.
