Ingredients
  

Baguette & Chicken
  • 2 large baguettes halved lengthwise
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  2. Shred or chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sour cream, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make creamy sauce.
  4. Toss shredded chicken with the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Slice baguettes lengthwise and layer shredded lettuce on the bottom halves.
  6. Add creamy chicken mixture, then top with tomato slices and crispy bacon.
  7. Close baguette halves, cut into portions, and garnish with parsley if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap for later consumption.

Notes

For added flavor, lightly toast the baguette before assembling.
