Method
- Season chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Sauté onion in olive oil, then add garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth, cream, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in feta cheese and lemon juice until creamy.
- Return chicken to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or couscous, garnished with parsley and extra feta.
