  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 oz pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions in the same pan until softened.
  3. Add garlic, pasta, broth, cream, and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer until pasta is cooked and sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in cheese and cooked chicken until creamy.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.
