Ingredients
  

Chicken Bake
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft, then add mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in cream and chicken broth to create the sauce.
  6. Add chicken to the skillet mixture and stir well.
  7. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with cheeses.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is golden.

Notes

You can add pasta or extra vegetables for a heartier casserole.
