  • 1/2 cup mango puree fresh ripe mango
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Blend mango into a smooth puree.
  2. Mix coconut milk, mango puree, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Add chia seeds, stir well, chill for at least 4 hours, then serve.

Notes

Stir twice during the first 10 minutes to prevent clumping and ensure even texture.
