Ingredients
  

Seafood Salad
  • 1 lb crab meat fresh, canned, or imitation
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup celery finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crab by checking for shells or chopping if using imitation crab.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Add chopped celery, red onion, and dill to the dressing and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the crab meat without breaking it up too much.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning, then chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Add relish or diced cucumber for extra flavor.
