Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix one packet
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth optional, for thinner sauce
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  3. Add ranch seasoning, cream cheese cubes, and cream of chicken soup on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with forks and stir until creamy and well mixed.
  6. Add broth if needed to adjust sauce thickness.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in cooked bacon or shredded cheese before serving.
