Salad
  • 4 medium cucumbers thinly sliced

  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers and onions.
  2. Whisk together sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
