  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 6 eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and cool.
  2. Boil eggs, peel and chop.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  4. Mix pasta with dressing.
  5. Fold in eggs and vegetables.
  6. Chill before serving.
