Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and arrange in the baking dish.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Simmer briefly.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce before baking.
