- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper and arrange in the baking dish.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Simmer briefly.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce before baking.
