Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then remove.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and scrape pan.
  5. Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add Parmesan and herbs, stir until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to skillet and simmer.

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust sauce thickness with broth if needed.
