Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add broth and cream, then stir in parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta with mozzarella, parmesan, and butter.
- Serve chicken over cheesy pasta, garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra depth, add sun-dried tomatoes or spinach to the sauce.
