- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and broth, whisk to combine. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add tortellini and simmer for 6–8 minutes until tender and sauce thickens.
- Stir in broccoli and cooked sausage, simmer another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy. Serve hot with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Use turkey sausage for a lighter version. Add spinach for extra greens.
