- Brown the sausage in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
- Add tortellini, black pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Cover and simmer 7–8 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in broccoli and cook an additional 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy and smooth.
- Adjust seasonings and serve warm with fresh herbs.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for the smoothest sauce. Add extra broth if sauce becomes too thick.
