- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear seasoned steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat, add butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Deglaze pan with beef broth, then stir in cream and seasonings.
- Add tortellini, cover, and simmer until tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Return steak to skillet, toss gently, and heat through before serving.

Best served immediately while the sauce is creamy and the steak is tender.
