Salad Base
  • 4 cups red seedless grapes
  • 4 cups green seedless grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup pecans chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry grapes thoroughly.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold grapes gently into the creamy mixture.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the salad.
  7. Top with chopped pecans.
  8. Chill before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For best texture, add the topping just before serving if preparing ahead.
