- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in olive oil over medium-high heat, breaking it apart.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant and softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and seasonings, coating the beef evenly.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth, then simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in cream and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan, tossing until fully combined.
- Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add reserved pasta water. For spice, include red pepper flakes.
