Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 jalapeños finely chopped, seeds optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or parsley chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Oven-safe baking dish or skillet
  • Spatula or spoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and extra cheese on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chives or parsley and serve warm with chips or bread.

Notes

Add extra jalapeños for more heat or mix in cooked bacon for added flavor.
