Creamy Chicken Thighs
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in or boneless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard optional
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear thighs in butter and oil until golden; transfer to baking dish.
  4. Sauté garlic in the skillet; add broth, cream, Parmesan, Dijon, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes, then pour over chicken.
  6. Bake 25–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use full-fat cream to prevent curdling. Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
