- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear thighs in butter and oil until golden; transfer to baking dish.
- Sauté garlic in the skillet; add broth, cream, Parmesan, Dijon, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes, then pour over chicken.
- Bake 25–35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat cream to prevent curdling. Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
