Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp milk or cream as needed

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and mix gently.
  3. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.

  5. Thin with milk or cream to desired consistency.
  6. Chill before serving for best flavor.
